Booking engine

The booking engine is your own booking page. Guests pick dates, choose a room and book directly with you, with no commission.

Open Settings > Booking Engine. At the top of every page you find the direct link to your booking engine and:

  • Open booking engine to see it as guests do.
  • Parameters to build a link with dates and guests filled in, for example for an email or a campaign.
  • Website widget to put a search box on your website. See Website widget.

Link to it from the Book now button on your website.

Make it yours

On Appearance, upload your Logo (PNG or SVG, up to 2 MB) and pick a Primary color. Under Styling you can change the template, colours, corner rounding, shadows and fonts.

Choose what is for sale

On Rooms & Rates choose:

  • whether guests choose a room type or a specific room,
  • which room types, rooms and rate plans are offered online.

Other settings

  • Guest details: the information guests are asked for.
  • Extra sale items: extras guests can add to the booking, such as breakfast or a transfer.
  • Terms and conditions: guests have to accept this text before they confirm. Leave it empty to skip the step.

What guests go through

  1. Rooms: pick dates and guests, then a room and rate plan. A coupon code can be entered here.
  2. Extras: add extra items, if you offer any.
  3. Your details: name, contact details, special requests and the terms.
  4. Confirmation: a confirmation number on screen and by email.

Guests pay at arrival. Online card payment is not available yet.
