Bookings list
Open Bookings in the menu to see every booking of your property in one list.
Which stays you see
Switch between:
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| All stays | Every booking. |
| New | Bookings received recently. |
| Upcoming | Guests who have not arrived yet. |
| In house | Guests staying with you now. |
| Past | Stays that are over. |
Search and filter
Type a guest name or booking ID in Search bookings. Open Filters to narrow the list by:
- Status: for example only cancelled or checked-in bookings.
- Payment status: All paid, Pending payment or No payment.
- Check-in date, Check-out date, Stay date or Creation date.
- Booking method: direct, phone, Booking.com and so on.
- Room types and Rooms.
Clear filters shows everything again.
Choose the columns
Click Customize columns, tick the columns you want and drag them into order. Reset to default brings back the standard set.
Click a row to open the booking in the side panel. See The booking panel.
