Dashboard
Open Dashboard in the menu to see today at your property. It updates on its own as bookings come in and guests check in or out.
Right now
The top of the dashboard shows your rooms, and beds in shared rooms, for today:
- Occupied: in use right now.
- Arriving today: not checked in yet.
- Leaving today: not checked out yet.
- Available: free to sell today.
Reception
The Reception view lists Arrivals & departures today, with guests staying on. Open a booking from there to check a guest in or out. See Managing bookings.
Performance
The Performance view shows Today's performance:

| Total daily revenue | Accommodation and extras, today. |
| Occupancy | Share of your rooms and beds in use today. |
| ADR | Average price per occupied room or bed. |
| RevPAR / RevPAB | Revenue per available room or bed. |
| New bookings | Bookings received today. |
Below are Booking sources and Nationality for the last 30 days.
For longer periods, use Reports in the menu.
Who sees what
Each view is a separate permission, so you can show reception the Reception view only. See Staff accounts.
