The trial starts on its own when you create a property and lasts 7 days, counting the first day. It covers up to 50 units, so you can add all your rooms and beds, set up rates and take test bookings. Every feature is included except the Channel Manager, but we can add it to your trial if you want to test the OTA sync too. Just let us know at [email protected]. You don't need a credit card, and if you need more time, write to us as well.

Nothing is deleted and you are not charged. Your property moves to the Free Forever plan, which covers up to 2 rooms or 8 beds. If you set up more than that during the trial, you keep everything you created, but you can't add more rooms or beds until you choose the All-in-One plan.

Pricing is based on units: 1 private room is 1 unit, and 4 shared beds are 1 unit. The All-in-One plan costs €29 per month and covers 10 units, and each extra unit costs €2. For example, a hostel with 10 private rooms and 40 dorm beds has 20 units and pays €49 per month.

Yes. After the trial, the Free Forever plan covers up to 2 rooms or 8 beds and includes all PMS features and the booking engine, with no time limit. It does not include the channel manager, so upgrade to All-in-One when you want to sync with OTAs.

No. You can create an account and start using Areca without entering any payment details.

No. Areca charges no commission on bookings and no setup fees. You only pay the monthly plan price.

Yes. The All-in-One plan includes one custom integration with a tool your property relies on. Email us at [email protected] to discuss what you need. You can also build your own integrations with the Areca API and webhooks, available on every plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment partner Polar. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
